These terms apply to direct enquiries and stays at Pulukisi Residence. A reservation made through an online travel platform is also subject to that platform's displayed terms.
Availability and confirmation
An enquiry through this website, WhatsApp, email or phone does not guarantee a reservation. A booking is confirmed only when Pulukisi Residence or the relevant booking platform sends written confirmation.
Rates and payment
Rates, taxes, payment timing and accepted payment methods will be confirmed for the selected stay. The rate and terms shown on Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia or another booking platform apply to reservations made on that platform.
Changes, cancellations and no-shows
Requests to change dates, guests or accommodation are subject to availability. Cancellation and no-show terms are stated in the written reservation confirmation or on the booking platform used to make the reservation.
Guest details and arrival
Guests should provide accurate booking information and follow any identification, arrival and registration requirements communicated before check-in. Please let the team know in advance if you need airport pickup or expect to arrive late.
Property care
Guests are responsible for the accommodation during their stay and should respect the residence, shared spaces, neighbours and other guests. Any concern during a stay should be reported to the team promptly so we can try to assist.
